Abbey West Services started in the year 2011 at the temple city of BBSR by a group of passionate, highly qualified individuals to enhance the skill quotient of youth in India.
It has three verticals:

Soft Skills Training
Objective: To bridge the corporate & academic gap by providing training to pre final year & final year Engineering & Management students

Our Placement & Programs
- DDU-GKY
- The program aims to train & place rural BPL youth in organized sectors.
- Abbey West Services is currently implementing its 4th DDU-GKY project in the state of Odisha.
- So far 140000 youth have been trained & 10000 have been placed under this program Benefits of the program:

NSDC
Abbey West Services is a core partner of NSDC with a mandate to provide training to 56,000 youth over the next 7 years Course Highlights:

ITDA, OSFDC & SUDA
Abbey West Services is working with 15 ITDAs in the state of Odisha to skill & place tribal students.
- Abbey West Services is also a partner of OSFDC, Odisha to train & place Schedule Caste students in the state.
- Abbey West Services is also a partner of State Urban Development Agency to skill & place urban BPL Youth.
- Total Trained in these programs: 1100 & Placed: 712
PMKVY
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikash Yojana has been launched with an objective to provide industry relevant skills to the youth of our country & make them employable
- Abbey West Services currently operates 3 PMKVY centers in the state of Odisha with an aim to increase it to 13 by the end of FY 17-18
ET-WISH
The project ET-WISH (Employability Training of Women in Shelter Homes) aims to bring about both the social & economical upliftment of women in shelter homes by means of skill development training.
The program is the first of its kind in India started by Odisha State Development Corporation (OSDA) and Women & Child Development (WCD) on 8th January, 2018.
In the first batch 27 ladies from various shelter homes participated in the course. After successful completion of the course 26 ladies got placement in various hotels & hospitals.
